Some people think that Congress has too much power today, and that they have used their powers to create a huge, big brother government that controls too much, especially in regards to the economy. Others say that Congress is merely carrying out there implied powers, and that this is how the framers wanted the US to be operated: with Congress in charge. What do you think?
